    DX Unified Infrastructure Management (DX UIM) 23.4 is a major, new release of our cornerstone solution for full stack infrastructure observability. This release is due for general availability on January 15, 2024. This release meets the requirement for addressing web-scale IT complexity in enterprises, government agencies, and managed service providers. With this release, customers can manage hybrid, multi-cloud environments and optimize IT operations intelligence.

    Staying current with the latest version is a good IT practice as it provides access to new features, enhancements to existing capabilities, and security updates. However, upgrades may be challenging and time-consuming.

    To ease the burden, Broadcom offers a designated weekend upgrade program. Through this program, support and engineering personnel are available for near-immediate attention if issues arise during the upgrade. The program also includes a pre-upgrade review to provide further confidence for a successful upgrade.
