What is being announced?
We are very pleased to share that Broadcom has added ConnectALL’s technology to its ValueOps VSM portfolio. ConnectALL is a pioneer in the VSM space, and its solutions help integrate numerous tools for seamless collaboration, bi-directional information capture and exchange, automated event triggering, and much more.

What do I stand to gain from the deal? What are the benefits to me?
This addition strengthens the ValueOps solution as it can now seamlessly connect a variety of third-party software tools and platforms to its ecosystem, enabling comprehensive Value Stream Management across the entire organization. This addition also builds on Broadcom’s ValueOps solution of Rally® and Clarity™, further extending and defining its leadership position in the VSM market space.
How does this acquisition impact my current ValueOps PLA?
There will be no changes to your ValueOps PLA entitlements until your next PLA renewal. Your entitlements to the ‘ValueOps Connectors’ SKU through your ValueOps PLA remains unchanged. The SKU will be renamed to ‘ValueOps ConnectALL’ and the terms and conditions of the ‘ValueOps Connecters” SKU will remain applicable for existing PLA entitlements.
Customers who sign or renew PLAs going forward will be entitled to the updated PLA which will also include the ‘ValueOps Insights.’ SKU.
Existing ‘ValueOps Connectors’ SKU customers, except for those customers using Tasktop as described below, will have an opportunity to remove the ‘number of connectors’ restriction from their existing entitlements as these restrictions are not applicable to the replacement ‘ValueOps ConnectALL’ SKU. There are two categories of such customers - those that are using a home-grown Rally Adapter for Jira (RAJ) solution and those that are using Tasktop.
Those customers that are using Tasktop by means of their ‘ValueOps Connectors’ entitlement will continue to have that restriction while using Tasktop technology. We strongly encourage these customers to migrate from Tasktop to ConnectALL technology prior to the end of their current support term (which is end of CY2024 per Broadcom’s agreement with Tasktop). Once these customers migrate from Tasktop to ConnectALL they can enjoy the benefits of unlimited number of connectors via their entitlements to the replacement ‘ValueOps ConnectALL’ SKU.

Where will I go for Support?
The value stream management family of products from ConnectALL LLC is now a part of Broadcom’s Software Agile Operations Division. Starting on 7/31/23, support functions will move to the Broadcom Support Portal and you will receive an email with instructions prior to this date with detailed instructions on how to register for support access. Until then, continue to use the ConnectALL Support processes that you have normally been using.
