Seasoned executive will focus on growth as ValueOps leads the industry for value stream management enabling digital transformation
Broadcom is pleased to announce that Mike Roush has been appointed Global Head of Sales for the ValueOps business. Formerly Vice President of Sales for the Americas, Mike will now lead sales strategy for ValueOps worldwide, with the aim of scaling the direct and partner business to meet growing demand for Value Stream Management (VSM) solutions to drive digital transformation.
“According to recent research, many company executives remain concerned about digital transformation, managing supply chains, increasing visibility with trusted business data, and improving customer value in 2023. By its very nature, value stream management (VSM) helps to address these challenges and more. In fact, VSM adoption continues to grow with more than 8 out of 10 companies currently using or planning to use VSM,” said Jean-Louis Vignaud, Head of ValueOps, Broadcom. “The market opportunity for VSM is maturing quickly, which is why we’re thrilled to have a seasoned executive like Mike Roush leading global sales for ValueOps.”
An experienced software executive, Mike is passionate about leading and developing a highly energetic and knowledgeable sales organization. Prior to joining Broadcom Software in May 2021, Mike was founding member and Vice President, Industrial Commerce Sales at Inxeption. Previously, he spent nearly 13 years at CA Technologies leading the Clarity business, working his way up from solution sales to Vice President of Sales for North America in that time. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio University and is a certified public accountant.
“It’s such an interesting time to be working with companies on their digital transformation,” said Roush. “I am thrilled to be working for an organization that leads the industry in value stream management. We’re seeing global organizations reap tremendous benefits from their ValueOps implementations every day. I’m inspired to help establish Broadcom as a VSM leader in new markets, expand our footprint in existing areas, and help organizations worldwide accelerate their digital transformation as they deliver excellent customer experiences.”
