Dave Kellermanns is a Global Advisor for Workload at Broadcom. In the past he has worked with a variety of Fortune 100 companies to review and strategize around their automation strategy and start innovating for the benefit of the business. As companies need to automate at a rapid pace in order to innovate, in his role as Advisor he provides a bigger picture on automation, addressing silos and seeing if manual processes exist that could or should be automated and ultimately freeing up teams to better use their skills and to develop them further for the benefit of the business. He truly believes that “keeping the lights on” should not be the primary function of IT.
