Synchronizing Objectives and Key Results across Clarity and Rally ensure that all stakeholders in the leadership and execution teams are aligned and continuously tracking updates made on both sides of the organization.

You can describe objectives as memorable qualitative descriptions of what you want to achieve in a fixed time period. Key Results are a set of metrics that are quantitative or value-based so that you can measure progress toward the Objective.
