    Introduction

This learning path equips new operators with essential skills to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot automation tasks. While much of its instructional material originally targeted previous versions, the concepts and procedures it covers are directly relevant for current versions too. This ensures that new operators will be prepared to handle real-world scenarios and workflows in both legacy and current environments. The courses emphasize practical knowledge for process supervision, effective task management, and prompt response to operational issues—key competencies for anyone starting an operations role in Automic Automation.
