SAN JOSE, Calif., May 22, 2024ValueOps by Broadcom has been named a leader and outperformer in this year’s GigaOm Radar Report for Value Stream Management (VSM). The GigaOm Radar report examines 14 top VSM solutions and evaluates their capabilities and business requirements to identify the leading VSM offerings. ValueOps by Broadcom outperforms nearly all other solutions in comparing key features GigaOm considers differentiating, critical, and emerging features.

The report authors state, “Again this year, Broadcom is a Leader in the Maturity/Platform Play quadrant. It is an Outperformer, particularly with the strong integration of ConnectALL into the ValueOps Platform. It strongly resonates with today’s business and agile engineering needs.”

    Market analysis

The GigaOm Radar report highlights the significance of VSM for today’s organizations and notes that business value needs to be predicated on process efficiency. While engineering management is focused on visibility and control of the software development and delivery process, business leaders are concerned with measuring how those outputs deliver value to the business.

The report notes a “bifurcation between higher-level VSM for business strategy and today’s very real need to improve engineering efficiency.” Those vendors that offer support for both, like ValueOps, are positioned on the Platform Play side of the Radar chart.
