The information gathered from this data enables teams to learn from their processes and continuously improve them.”

Other key strengths of the ValueOps platform cited in the report include:

    • Advanced integration – ValueOps integrates with other planning products and issue management and development CI/CD pipeline products, allowing it to be used with existing tools for enhanced data, scalability, and flexibility.
    • Governance and compliance – ValueOps provides end-to-end traceability from investment to delivery and leverages additional governance and compliance functionality, such as pattern identification via AI to identify issues and specific risk objects within the solution to help to identify, catalog, and track governance and compliance issues.
    • Roadmaps – The report authors note ValueOps dashboards are “robust, lightweight, visual, and collaborative.” ValueOps roadmaps include details such as OKRs, business cases, projects, programs, and applications and provide the ability to engage directly with a business or delivery stakeholder to capture their needs and initiatives.
