2024 has been a tremendous year for us in the analyst evaluation space, and our winning streak continues with the recently published Vendor Selection Matrix™ for VSM Platforms report from Research in Action. As the highest-scoring solution in the industry, the report authors state that “Broadcom is the global winner in VSMP and provides a robust and flexible platform that drives value and supports enterprise growth.”

What’s special about the vendor selection matrix
Although Research in Action isn’t as well-known as some of the other firms, their methodology is unique in the space because scoring is split between the conventional approach of relying on the opinion of one analyst and ranking based on survey of more than 10,000 business and IT leaders to produce an industry “recommendation index”. This makes the report a hybrid between a traditional analyst evaluation, field reputation survey, and customer satisfaction report.
For this reason, we’re excited to add this title to our growing list of accolades. Even more than our functional and market leadership, we’re proud that their survey respondents gave us the highest score for price versus value ratio, as well as the breadth and depth of our solution.
