Prerequisites

Before taking this course, you should have:

• Access to an AppNeta organization with the Organization Admin, Advanced, or Standard user role.

• Installed Monitoring Points in the relevant organization.

• Some familiarity with HTML and the Document Object Model (DOM).

This course assumes familiarity with concepts covered in the following courses:

• Introduction to AppNeta for foundational concepts.

• AppNeta: Create Monitoring Policies for Active Monitoring for how to create a monitoring policy for web application monitoring.

Exercises

This course does not contain hands-on exercises.

Completion Criteria

To complete this course, you must pass the final test with a score of 80% or higher.

Upon completion, you will receive:

After taking this course, you should be able to:

• Design Selenium-based browser workflows. Plan workflows that mirror real user actions and include validation steps to confirm success.

• Build and refine workflows in AppNeta. Use the script editor to apply supported commands.

• Handle authentication securely. Configure workflows to use variables, HTTP authentication, and multi-factor authentication as required.

• Troubleshoot and maintain workflows. Debug issues and apply best practices to maintain reliable workflows over time.
