On August 24, 2026, we officially merged all automic.com websites into Broadcom’s primary support platforms. If you’re used to using the previous sites, join us on this quick tour to discover the new routes to take to access your desired resources.
In most cases, the migration simply changes the routes you take to access product resources. In some instances, you’ll need to make some quick configuration updates to ensure seamless access.
Read on to obtain all the details.
The Automation Marketplace and Automic downloads
Everything you used to find on downloads.automic.com and marketplace.automic.com has relocated to the My Downloads area of the Broadcom Support Portal. This includes your core software products, as well as plugins, extensions, agents, and action packs for Automic, AutoSys, dSeries, CA 7, and ESP.
We have step-by-step walkthroughs available for Automic Automation, AutoSys Workload Automation and dSeries, and CA 7 and ESP. There’s also a video guide for Automic downloads.
Docker registries for Automic
If you are downloading Automic images for containerized deployments, please note that you’ll need to update your Docker registry. Instead of using gcr.io, you’ll need to use automic-docker.packages.broadcom.com.
Request a new token for the repository and update your HELM or values.yaml configurations to point to this new location. We’ve documented this process in detail, complete with code examples, to show you exactly how to migrate the setup of your Docker image pulls. This documentation shows how to update access for a private registry and the Broadcom Automic registry.
Automic product documentation
All of the Automic product documentation has moved from docs.automic.com to Broadcom TechDocs. For your convenience, here are links to Automic documentation in this new location:
-
Automic Automation Archive Browser
-
Automic Automation ServiceNow Service Catalog
A quick note on your old links:
If you have custom in-house documentation or browser bookmarks using the old links, you’ll want to update them. The old links won't break but will now bring you to a general landing page for that product and version.
You’ll also need to update your in-product, context-sensitive help configuration for the web interface to point to the new TechDocs URLs. Details on this process are described in Configuring Documentation URL for TechDocs Migration (KB435454).
Note: A few features aren’t being migrated
As part of this platform consolidation, a couple features won't be carried forward. The REST API for downloads has been deprecated. In addition, the Automic Package Manager will no longer install packages directly.

That concludes our overview. If you’d like to dive deeper into the technical details, please check out the extensive Frequently Asked Questions in the Product Notification that announced the change.
TIP: If you didn’t receive an alert when the notification was posted, we encourage you to take a moment to sign up for product alerts so you’re always informed and up-to-date.
As always, our support teams are ready to help you navigate these changes or assist with any configuration updates. We are completely committed to your success and are here to help with any part of this transition.
