For the past seven years, Shannon has been responsible for ensuring best-in-class support for our global Automation customers. He maximizes customers' value by helping them integrate products into business areas where Automation can simultaneously improve efficiency and also provide substantial cost savings, improving overall customer satisfaction and adoption of Automation products.
