Clarity helps you achieve this by providing a unified model for strategies, investments (projects, products, programs, and custom work types), financials, and resources, so you can see everything in one place instead of across scattered tools. It lets you express strategy as objectives or themes, connect those directly to investments and roadmaps, and then track planned versus actual cost, benefit, and capacity at every level—from portfolio down to team and individual.
In this course, you will learn how different stakeholders in your organization can collaborate to leverage SPM. You will see how the CTO/General Manager defines enterprise strategies, OKRs, and headcount targets, and how these strategic decisions cascade into portfolios and plans. You will learn how the Product Manager bridges strategy and execution by shaping roadmaps, reconciling capacity, and pushing work into delivery tools. The course then shows how the Head of PMO/Portfolio Manager governs demand, projects, and programs to keep the portfolio aligned with business priorities.
From there, you will explore how the Resource Manager balances capacity and demand through heatmaps, what‑if scenarios, and team-based staffing, and how the Team Member experiences Clarity through focused workspaces, tasks, and frictionless time entry.
Finally, you will see how the Administrator configures reporting, blueprints, AI assistance, and governance rules so that each persona has a tailored, role-appropriate experience. By the end, you will understand how these roles work together in Clarity to make SPM practical, transparent, and value-driven.
