We are pleased to announce that several Broadcom software products are now available on the Google Cloud Marketplace, providing Google Cloud customers with market leading value stream management and network performance monitoring capabilities via a simplified procurement process and consolidated billing with their Google Cloud account.
Google Cloud has been a key partner for Broadcom, helping us to deliver innovation, scalability, and performance of SaaS solutions for our customers. Listing on Google Cloud Marketplace is another step to make it easier for our mutual customers to simplify their experience of purchasing and managing their Broadcom software licenses.
Purchasing Broadcom products through Google Cloud Marketplace can provide several benefits for customers including billing consolidation, accelerated procurement, and can better align budgetary spend towards cloud initiatives. Additionally, Google Cloud Marketplace purchases can count towards contractual spend commitments with Google Cloud.
“Bringing both ValueOps and AppNeta solutions to Google Cloud Marketplace will help customers quickly deploy and manage integral business workflows on Google Cloud's trusted, global infrastructure," said Dai Vu, Managing Director, Marketplace & ISV GTM Programs at Google Cloud. “Broadcom can now securely scale and support customers on their digital transformation journeys.”
Broadcom continues to invest in enhancements to our products to best support our customers as they look to digitally transform and migrate and modernize their technology infrastructure with Google Cloud.
Network performance and end user experience are critical considerations for organizations considering migrating workload to Google Cloud. Customers moving from On Premise to Google Cloud need to validate the end user experience post migration is the same or better than the experience pre-migration. AppNeta by Broadcom can be used by customers who are planning to move workload to Google Cloud and validate network performance and end user experience before, during, and after the migration activities. Network performance and end user experience can be measured across all user locations and ISPs, resulting in reduced risk, optimized network performance in all regions, and an overall better end user experience post migration.
Cloud migration offers many benefits, including enhanced scalability, cost-efficiency, flexibility, and speed. That being said, planning a Google Cloud migration can be a significant undertaking. When planning a Google Cloud migration it’s important to initially identify, categorize, and prioritize your application portfolio based on modernization strategies such as rehost, refactor, rearchitect, and retire. After this categorization has been completed, it’s critical to plan and manage the cloud migration program taking into consideration resource requirements, costs, schedule, and strategic alignment to organizational priorities. Broadcom’s ValueOps products provide capabilities around application portfolio management, strategic portfolio planning, and agile program execution to help customers ensure comprehensive visibility and management of the entire cloud migration program during every stage of its lifecycle.
The availability of ValueOps and AppNeta on Google Cloud Marketplace makes it easier than ever for customers planning a Google Cloud migration to take advantage of these capabilities and realize significant benefits.
