Specifically, the course covers how you integrate Clarity and Rally to get end-to-end visibility of your value streams from idea to funding to execution.The course has been designed as a simulation of a fictitious bank that has started its Value Stream Management (VSM) implementation using Broadcom's ValueOps solution. The bank has been using Clarity to create and fund its value streams and custom investments.
Additionally, the bank has been using Rally to monitor the execution of the work required to deliver value to the bank's customers. Now the bank is ready to map and synchronize data between the two systems to gain transparency and actionable insights through the aggregation of metrics between the two systems.
