Managing Objectives and Key Results in Clarity

OKRs, or Objectives and Key Results, can be powerful tools for aligning investments with strategic goals and maximizing their impact. This course describes how to build your OKR framework in Clarity to align your goals with your investments.

By embracing OKRs as a framework for investment decision-making, organizations can ensure that their investments are strategically aligned, measured effectively, and ultimately contribute to achieving their overall goals.

Course Objectives

After completing this course, you will be able to:

• Recall the history and definition of OKRs
• Explain how to write effective OKRs
• Explain how to create OKRs in Clarity
• Explain how to view and manage OKRs in Clarity
• Explain how to add the Investments module to an objective blueprint and associate it with objectives in Clarity
• Explain how to associate investments with the objective(s) they were created and funded to achieve in Clarity
• Explain how to setup the OKR Integration between Clarity and Rally.
• Recall some best practices that you can implement when working with OKRs

At the end of each section there will be a brief knowledge check. At the end of the course there will be a final exam. You must score 80% on the final exam to complete the course.
