Rajat oversees development and execution of strategy across GTM and R&D and its translation into an effective and efficient product portfolio. He is responsible for management of the existing portfolio to development of future solutions, products, programs and external partnerships – while ensuring close alignment with short and long term focus and sustainable growth objectives.

Rajat also manages portfolio governance and ensure real-time visibility of Solution and Product-Level development plans, goals and milestones, risks and mitigations – while driving clarity for strategic decision making and balancing Investment and ROI trade-offs.
