Mat is the Head of the Global NetOps Support Team at Broadcom.  His primary goal each day is to provide customers with an exceptional experience.  Since 2016, Mat has been a leader in the Customer Success Organization at Broadcom, working with several different products.  Prior to joining Broadcom, Mat spent 20 years in technology as a manager for an online consulting organization.
