As a Client Service Consultant supporting Broadcom’s AIOps and Observability customers, Scott applies his expertise in monitoring and observability to help organizations maximize their utility –from initial concept through final implementation and adoption.

Having previously been a customer of Broadcom, he naturally navigates vendor and client aspects of complex projects to anticipate challenges, foster productive relationships and get the greatest value from technical solutions. Based in the UK, he primarily supports customers with operations in Europe.

In his off time, he’s a dedicated World Cup follower, hiker, and motorcycle enthusiast.
